So you’re comparing yourself to a NFL general manager?Oh noooooo. Our coaching staff has a different opinion on a player than I do. What ever will I do.
It’s like…NFL general managers have different opinions on players too. But don’t worry. You are here…not to offer informed opinions or detailed analysis…..but to be in a safe space and offer nothing at all.
I actually wonder if we are looking at him as a guard a tackle or somebody who is versatile enough to play both. He graded out as one of the top guards in the Big Ten this past year. It’s why I liked his game better than Moe. He just seemed like he moved better.Curious as to if we take him and Moe if he wanted in as well
With Karic back:LT Heard
LG Karic
C Satterwhite
RG Moe
RT Sanders
Callahan talked about on the 247 pod this afternoon after the Moe commitment that Moe may view his future at Center…so it sounds like if Satterwhite isn’t where we want him to be by the fall, we COULD possibly slide Moe over. With Karic back:
LT: Heard
LG: Karic
C: Satterwhite
RG: Moe
RT: Thompson
Without Karic:
LT: Heard
LG: Moe
C: Satterwhite
RG: Thompson
RT: Sanders
Thompson can play both spots and I’d imagine if he does come here and Karic comes back, he’s at the RT spot.
I think not playing Sanders next year is a terrible idea TBHWith Karic back:
LT: Heard
LG: Karic
C: Satterwhite
RG: Moe
RT: Thompson
Without Karic:
LT: Heard
LG: Moe
C: Satterwhite
RG: Thompson
RT: Sanders
Thompson can play both spots and I’d imagine if he does come here and Karic comes back, he’s at the RT spot over a young guy.
In this age of college football you need to keep your highly rated recruits on the field or they will leave
