'25 NV OL Douglas Utu (Oregon commit)

If that turns out to be true this may be the best Oline class ever here. For sure would be Heupel’s best.
Just landing UTU and Sanders this is by far Heupel and Co's most talented Oline class... Utu has a real shot of being a legit 5* kid with Sanders. Last years class wasnt far off though. Between this class and last years class we will have a top 4 Oline in the SEC for the next 4-5 years

Top o-line, top d-line, top QBs. Is this a dream?

To 5 star?

I think part of the question is where’s he going to play.

Imo, he’s a 5 star all across the line except for LT.
He's possibly a little undersized for either tackle spot. If he's listed at 6'4" he's probably closer to 6'3". Definitely a 5* guard though.

This is a prototypical guard, if you build one in the lab you would hope it comes out like this.
Certainly the type of top-tier guards Georgia now and Alabama had during their runs. Step by step it feels like Heupel is moving forward to consistently being among of the top of the SEC which obviously would mean in the cfp

247 says USC is getting some facetime with Utu. Hope he stays loyal to us -- I think he might end up being our best recruit in this class.

Recruiting services don't like it when recruits commit early and there is little or nothing for them to report on to get clicks.

Oregon and USC have been working on trying to flip Douglas Utu. Utu visited USC a couple of weeks back with a bunch of his teammates since Bishop Gorman played at Mater Dei. He continues to have great dialogue with Tennessee and as of now we feel like the Vols are still in tremendous shape to hold onto him.
