Actually Pruitt has the closest record as Butch at this point in his career minus the bowl win. That’s where the similarities end. I don’t compare anyone to Butch, feel he wasn’t confident enough to be the HC at TN, he knew he was in over his head. Pruitt knows he belongs. Butch did well in years 3/4 however, 2nd in the East both years. Expect a big jump for Pruitt next year as well. Pruitt is nowhere like Butch as Smart isn’t.
