Jack Jones on the other hand is definitely an elite talent!

If you are comparing him to Dormady, then I agree, he isn't as polished of a passer. However, he has the ability. He has been working hard, and is an elite athlete.

He is a much much much better passer than Gibson.

Also the offense Blackman runs, doesn't showcase the arm and secondly, the Oline is spotty.
