For starters he was a common commie that wrecked the American economy just like our current commie is doing.

For another thing, while claiming neutrality he placed a naval embargo on Japan, that is an act of war and he knew Japan would attack and he let a lot of our men be killed at Pearl Harbor for shock value so he could declare war.
