Bush's fault.

Some of obambi's supporters claim W had things so screwed up no human could straighten them out, thank God for small favors, at least they deny the divinity of our thief in chief.

That's silly..... We all know it's FULMER'S fault.

Come to think of it, I'll bet Phil can't even name the capitols of all 57 states.

nice criterion.

Methinks some sissified poster complained to a sympathetic monitor and had him edit the thread title which originally read:

Obama is hopeless, helpless, clueless and bankrupt of good ideas!!

The zooming up of numbers of unemployed is just one aspect of a hopeless, helpless, clueless administration that is absolutely bankrupt of good ideas!!

Only an idiot is impressed by big and flashy words and sharp pronunciation.

by this theory brad pitt would be the greatest president in american history.

"UPS and FedEx are doing just fine, right? It's the Post Office that's always having problems." –attempting to make the case for government-run healthcare, while simultaneously undercutting his own argument, Portsmouth, N.H., Aug. 11, 2009

"The reforms we seek would bring greater competition, choice, savings and inefficiencies to our health care system."
--in remarks after a health care roundtable with physicians, nurses and health care providers, Washington, D.C., July 20, 2009

Face it, the guy is a complete moron and is only acting as a puppet for interests behind the scenes.

For years the United States was the island of sanity in the ocean of pain, suffering and injustice in which most of the world was drowning. The countries that were able to stand against tyrannies and make life bearable for their citizens did so in large part because the US was backing them with its might. If America falls, world as we know it will end. Without a strong America we will soon see China establishing its hegemony over Asia; Russia will strengthen its muscles and take back Eastern Europe; Hugo Chavez and brothers Castro will run Latin America; and a wide swath of the globe stretching from North Africa through the Middle East to Indonesia and perhaps the Philippines will become radically Muslim - fanatically massacring “infidels.”

Please read Letter to America below and (if you agree with the content) sign it, and forward it to all your friends, relatives, co-workers and pen pals. Ask your spouse and kids over age eighteen to sign it as well. Even if you never lived in a socialist country but share our concerns, we are asking you to stand with us. When signing Letter to America please choose the field “I didn’t experience socialism firsthand but I agree with you.”

[I read yesterday that the eventual cost of the Iraq and Afghanistan wars could be as high as 3 TRILLION dollars. Gee, I wonder how many U.S. jobs could be created with that kind of money?[/I]

Some supports U.S. jobs that are by-products of the war, but I think some will/is going to rebuilding two countries that don't give a hoot about the USA.

who do you think is doing the rebuilding, contractors are paid handsomely for the risk they take working there.

sadly, the iraq war probably more directly benefited the us economy per $$ spent than obama's "job saving" stimulus. i too think invading iraq was stupid, but i don't quite understand the logic by many democrats that iraq has anything to do with the current economic issues. if anything it probably helped the economy.

Have you ever heard of the 'report from iron mountain?'

One thing about wars, while Wall Street makes a killing, hyperinflation is averted because mega bucks is taken out of the economy of the nation making war.

No matter what Obama says, he isn't about creating jobs, he is about eliminating jobs so that government ends up running everything.

Here goes a big chunk of the money:

e-Ariana - Todays Afghan News

We also have built at least 83 mosques in Afghanistan and many many madrassas in the name of education, madrassas aren't for education, they are for indoctrination.

CT !! (Compendium Thread)

Why don't you take a long hike off a short pier, maybe you will get lucky and plug the hole in the bottom of the sea, at least there would be a little less CO2 being emitted, that might be the tipping point that prevents runaway global warming.

And yet, in a false cry to lower the future deficit, some politicians do not want to extend unemployment benefits that would affect millions of unemployed AMERICANS. Maybe it's just me, but I always thought the U.S. government should put their citizens first. Silly me...

Oh, robbing Peter to pay Paul is now putting citizens first. I like it. Forget that we've created a welfare class and further reduce the incentive to get a job, we freaking care a lot.

Why do people like you always assume people are on unemployment because they want to be. I could not care less about any country in the Middle East.
