One, I was unaware of how collectively stupid the American electorate is.

Two, the POTUS just tweeted a serious accusation at a former POTUS based on nothing more than a opinion piece. Probably in an ill conceived attempt to draw fire from his AG getting spit roasted for lying under oath.

S#it show doesn't even begin to describe the start to this clowns presidency.

obama targeted conservatives groups through the IRS, obama administration made sure any accusation of
trump communications were spread throughout his gov. they made sure to make it the lowest possible classification so everyone in the gov could leak it. there are still muslim holdovers in gov that is doing everything they can leak classified info about Trump. i would not be surprised one bit if there was wire tapping against Trump. Septic, for someone who thinks they're politically savvy, you're either ignorant or naive when it comes to the obama administration.

I have taken, and continue to take, this story with as grain of salt. I aw the thread pop up initially, skimmed the accusations, and have ignored it over the weekend as unbelievable.

I treat it exactly how I treat the Trumputin accusations. It's non-story politics until proven otherwise.

All that to say this: You are correct, and these threads prove it on/from both sides.

Those who immediately dismiss Trumputin while coming here to accept and propagate Obamagate... Those who come here to immediately dismiss Obamagate while filling multiple threads that have already convicted Trump as a Russian Manchurian Candidate.

It's ridiculous all the way around.

These threads show what people hope to be true. Little more.

3. News media picks up and reports Trumps tweet.

Instead of keeping him locked in a basement where he and his acolytes belong, they gave him a platform to speak early on. They added to his popularity.

They also never seriously investigated his decades of sordid corruption, his ties to organized crime and to money laundering schemes with foreign money. Instead, they only examined his unhinged tweets for sensationalism and ratings.

You should have more love for our mainstream media. One of the primary reasons that neanderthal is masquerading around as the president right now.
