I agree, but let's not act like the reason given for not deporting her was valid, Obama has family in Kenya who are not under any threat. She was allowed to stay here because of who she is, not because there was a valid reason for concern about her safety.

Second, I do know something about these matters (unlike any of you) and the reality is that if someone comes into the country legally, and then their rights to stay here end, it is not at all uncommon for it to take many years for the process of sending them back to be completed. See for example the judge on her appeals case having to push hers off for 10 months because of his docket.

I just love stories like this from Fox. Throw out a little bit of information, out of context, and create all sorts of suspicion and innuendo. And of course you folks are more than happy to indulge the weakest of all character attacks.

That's interesting, Barry says that the justice department finds and deports only 5% of the people who overstay their visas, I think I'll cash in my return flight ticket and go shopping for some new sandals.

Well it's like this Lofton, if ABC, CBS, CNN and NBC don't report it, it didn't happen, so if Fox does report something not featured on ABC, CBS, CNN and NBC then that makes FOX a bunch of right wing bastages, especially if the article doesn't reflect well on mesiahbama the wonderful.
