a) It doesn't matter because I couldn't vote in that particular election anyways.
b) I don't give a damn what her policies are. She is, at best, completely insane. I don't think I should have to explain why I find that to be a problem.

Come on man, you have to look at the issues here. I don't really like her stance on 40th trimester ritual abortion, but as long as she outlaws partial birth and brings god back into school I can live with it.

There was a time not all that long ago when biblical morality was generally taught or supported in public schools. The Bible was used and revered. We did not have the level of violence in schools then as we do now. Making an exclusive cause-effect claim there is probably not valid but the move from a Christian moral paradigm to a secular one in public schools does very much parallel the rise in a whole host of social ills in HS's to include shootings.

I saw a survey once of HS teachers in the 1950's compared to modern teachers. The biggest concerns back then were things like talking without permission, being late, failing to do homework, chewing gum, etc. Now it is weapons in school, gangs, drug trafficking, teen pregnancy, etc.

So...as a society, lets push adolescence all the way to age 24 or 25 (10 years past sexual maturity) and tell people not to whack it? Impossible!

Irony is the quotes we can pull up for the man who is a heartbeat away from being leader of the free world. While O'Donnell is way down the list, LG can you with a straight face deny the lunacy that lives at the Naval Observatory? Or Obama saying that Mexicans were here far before America was an idea?
