Offensive Coordinator candidates

If internally, elarbee over Hazle. Elarbee has called plays before. Hazle needs to focus on qb with Milton next year and nico coming in.

You also don’t want to promote before they’re ready. Helps with retention too. I could see raises across the board and bringing someone in (who has oc experience and has worked in Heupels system before, example being lebby or the fordham guy) and lining up elarbee or hazle to take over when that person inevitably leaves.

He is going to be OC either way whether it is at Tennessee or USF.

Those raises better come sooner than later!!!!

Scott Frost will be a very nice candidate

I don’t know the man; however if you check with Nebraska they will tell you he is cancer.

Over the past few seasons I have heard he ran off players, ran off recruits, ran off coaches……by his attitude and the way he treated people. You can’t believe everything……but there was a lot of stuff, and for several years…..not to mention he never wanted to take responsibility.

I don’t think this would be any type of fit at Tennessee.

7 seasons as HC = 6 losing seasons and the one jackpot season. I got caught up in his hype before Pruitt…….however it “seems” it may have simply been hype.

Kevin Decker

Fordham:
5000 passing yards
2340 rushing yards
58 passing TD’s
21 rushing TD’s

Over 7k yards & almost 80td’s (totally different level, but their talent is same level as who they play)

Also has experience as a TE coach

With Heupel’s system
He jus got hired as old Dominion OC

I even read where him and his buddies would be up drinking hitting the golf simulator and the golf team had to run them off several times
