Offensive Coordinator candidates

at Bama, right?
He’s be fantastic. We still have the stool. He can also help oversee renovations at Neyland. The man loves details. Also, if players were spending adequate time on shower technique, there never would have been that dust up with Banks.

In all reality, that quote started w/ Kiffin, turns out he lied. shocker.
It was t crazy when Kiffin said it. That was a great staff at the time. Compare with Butch bringing in his boys from Cincy and it’s laughable.

If it's about an OC that can coach tight ends, how about Rob Gronkowski?

(That's sarcasm, obviously)

I'd rather have an OC that can recruit, that can develop QBs, and that can run the offense successfully.

I really think Heup should look at Willy Korn if Coastal Carolina doesn't live him up to HC.

I think it will be internal promotion. Not just anyone can understand and think quickly enough to run this scheme

if he does this do you think Heupel goes after a dedicated TE coach or a recruiting specialist?

Theoretically, I don't see why you couldn't find someone to do both. If Halzle gets promoted he'd probably be Co-OC/QB coach, but he could take over TE coaching so they could bring in a dedicated QB coach. Who knows though? Golesh may not be the only coach leaving for all we know, so it could all look different in a month.

I don't man. That seems like one too many semi-overweight, middle-aged, white dudes (that doesn't know how to shave) on the sideline. Isn't there a limit? jk

Forgive me Huepel for I have spoken ill against you.

He landed Arts daughter. (Kendals sister). But admittedly I have no idea what she looks like.

Yea, no doubt

I was wondering if they would go after a highly accredited specialty coach…….and see how they recruit here.

Or a highly accredited recruiter and plug them to whatever their good at.

But need to bring in a super recruiter

How about?

Another guy I like which I saw mentioned somewhere is... Casey Woods current OC at SMU had them top 20 in total offense and scoring... Has SEC experience got his start as a GA at Tennessee, been at auburn and Missouri. Was the TE coach and recruiting coordinator at Mizzou when they signed their best recruiting class in top 20 a year or two ago.

He seems to check alot of the boxes.
- has OC experience
- SEC experience
- young rising star
- very bright and creative
- can coach tight ends
- great recruiter.
- he's a VFL was a WR here under Fulmer.,

Halzle as QB coach has been instrumental in QB recruiting. The 5* California kid, not going to attempt to spell his name, is tight with Halzle. It would be in the teams best interest to promote him and hire another position coach.
Call him Nico or the 8 million dollar man and everyone will know who you’re talking about.
