Well, the combine has passed, pro days are near over, and it's less than a month away from the NFL Draft.

Post hear your discussions of who you think your favorite team will pick, which team your favorite players will go, how certain players stock might be rising or falling based on their workouts, how your team's work in free agency might effect who they draft, your general ideas/mocks, or anything and everything else related to the upcoming NFL Draft.

Enjoy the draft and enjoy discussing the rumors and news in the days upcoming :)

As a heads up for people who aren't aware of the change, the NFL restructed the NFL draft. It is now as follows:

Day 1 - Thurs., April 22, 7:30 p.m. - First Round
Day 2 - Fri., April 23, 6 PM - Second and Third round
Day 3 - Sat., April 24, 10 a.m. - Rounds 4-7

enjoy :)

If the Pats draft Tebow, I might consider jumping off a bridge.

I feel like I'm one of the few people who still see Berry going to the Bucs. Might just be wishful thinking though.

I just hope he doesn't go to the Browns.

Browns just traded for sheldon brown; this means they don't need a CB anymore which should dispose of the need for a Joe Haden pick or any such

this could mean they choose to go after Berry

Rams release marc bulger. Looks like bradford is set to be the number 1 pick.

Bradford as a number one is hilarious he may end up alright but this has fail written all over it.

Anyone think KC might take Clausen?

Why so? I mean I'm not a big bradford supporter or anything, but the rams do need a QB moreso than anything else, and have for maybe a few years now

Bradford has shown himself to be fragile...could he go a whole career now without injury but it is not likely. He is lacking in arm strength and he is not fast. His release though is fast and he is very accurate. However, on a bad team with a bad line he has no super human abilities to make them better. Clausen is also a better pro-style guy. He is accurate and has better arm strength then Bradford. He has also learned a pro-style offense and footwork. I am not saying Bradford has no hope but he seems more like a mid to late first round guy to me. He is going to take lots of hits with the Rams. I doubt he stays healthy he is just not big enough. They should draft Suh if you ask me or trade down and take an OT.

Who takes Clausen now though? Just curious he is kind of a wildcard now that he is not going to the skins.

I think Bradford would be a good pick at #1. Good arm strength and easily the most accurate qb in the draft. I like Clausen too though. I think if he falls to Buffalo they have to take him.

Drafting Suh and trading down for an OT (despite the fact that trading down the #1 pick is hard as hell nowadays, since most dont want the price tag attached to it) leaves them with AJ Feely as the QB of the future and that's not the position any team should want to be in. My only opinion in all this has been really that - I've seen the rams play a bunch, a few times in person in fact - they're QB play has been just as atrocious as their defense (the fans boo Marc Bulger's stadium PSA's when they come on even). It's really a position they have needed to deal with for a few years now. I don't like the injury history last year either though (though stoops did rush bradford back a bit b/c he wanted him in the game against Texas) but the doctors and physicians are saying everything appears to be fine, so who knows

As far as clausen, yeah he will be in for a bit of a fall. There's still some chance the jags could take him at 10, but they are so gung ho on Garrard that I somewhat doubt it. The bills at 9 are a possibility though too...but honestly I'm not sure anyone knows much on what this new GM and FO might do in this case.

I expect at least the Jags to pass and then he might be in for quite a fall. However I dont think he will fall any further than the Vikings at 30; their main need is pretty much future quarterback and I would be surprised to see them take anything else, especially if Jimmy Clausen or even Colt McCoy is still on the board

Oh and I think KC is happy with the Cassel trade still; so i dont think they would go after Jimmy

I agree re KC but Buf is the farthest I see him falling. The browns will likely think about taking him as well. Seatle seems fins with their QB but you never know. I would have to think Buffalo is a for sure pick for Jimmy if he makes it that far though.

Browns wont take Jimmy. It would make sense to us, considering the way noone would view Wallace or Delhomme as starters after last year, but the way Mike Holmgreen (sp?) went after both of them (and the way he did) seems to indicate/hint that he feels one of them as starter material. I honestly see them as much more likely to take Berry honestly (that defense has a lot of holes)

Seattle, I think they're still fine with Hasselbeck, or at least they give him one more season before he becomes considered an injury concern

Buffalo just has a bit of wild card tendency in the draft. He really shouldnt fall further than them, but it just depends on what they exactly do, which noone's sure. A whole lot of people are thinking they go defense or oline also. Noone really can tell what the new FO is thinking or planning either

It should be either buffalo or vikes honestly IMO (latter would be a great place for him too really; vikings have just about every piece he'd need to develop); the vikes should be the only "guaranteed taking a QB" team after the Rams though

I wouldn't be surprised if Clausen falls all the way to the Vikings at #30.

Ouch.

"Most people at my level feel he is a joke," a veteran NFL scout told us via e-mail. "People in the league respect Kiper. He is not a true scout but he does work at it. A lot of his info he gets from connections in the league, and over the years he has made quite a few. When he was younger he used to burn some bridges. He doesn't do that any more."

So what about McShay?

"McShay does not have any good connections," the source opined. "Higher-ups in the league think he is an arrogant *******. A know-it-all. And he really knows nothing. Whatever he says about a quarterback, take it to the bank, it will be the opposite. Remember, last August he stated that Jevan Snead was better than Colt McCoy and would get drafted in the top five. He has yet to publicly retract that statement.

Last mock I saw had the Colts picking up Brian Price. Would like that pickup.

Price will probably be good, but I think we should draft an OG in the first round and maybe a OLB in second.

I don't want the Pouncey twin, and I'd much rather have a DT. If Weatherspoon is around, which I doubt, I'd love to pick him up.

I am thinking maybe Charles Brown from USC and convert him to a guard, and yea I would love to see Weatherspoon on our team, maybe he drops to us. At some point we have to get some o-linemen that can run block.

Mcshay said this morning that Berry and Dan Williams will go top 10
Posted via VolNation Mobile

McShay is an idiot grade A...if this is true he got some inside info but his analysis is garbage. You would be better to listen to some random drunk dude at the bar.

As much as I would like to see Dan go top 10 he is a late 1st round pick at best. If Buffalo takes him at 9 they are in more trouble then I thought. They could get a DT as good or close to as good as Williams in the 2nd round. It makes no sense and no one other then Mcidiot is saying this...so maybe he got some inside info or maybe someone is messing with him because he is a douche.
