I'm still hoping for the Seahawks or the Eagles trade up for him.

I just got through reading an article from Seattle. Their general Manager believes in drafting what you need not what the best available talent is. Pete Carroll and Monte may be able to change his mind.........

Am anxious to see where Berry goes as well. Big Dan has moved up alot and they say should go around 12.

I wonder what the Titans have up the sleeve this year?? Everytime you think you know what and who, they do the opposite. I love it.

This is just a fun day, now three days, all around.

Yeah Dan's moved up; great for him

I think they have too many needs on defense for the Titans to honestly take anything other than DE, CB, or LB...it will be like last year where they took a WR when they actually needed one

I always love draft day; but I really don't like how now you have to wait almost a whole day before it starts, as opposed to you could just wake up and it'd be on in a few hours - made for an exciting saturday morning

A CB would be nice. They picked on Nick Harper all year last year.

Just saw that they locked T Brown up for three more years this morning.

didn't see that; good job

it's looking most likely to be either the DE from Ga tech, USF, or Michigan

or if it's corner kid named Kyle Wilson from Boise...unless Haden somehow falls that far

they do need to replace Harper though

I'm hearing that the Raiders are shopping McFadden for a 4th-5th round draft pick.

still calling smokescreen; they know the Browns want him and they know the Browns have a buttload of picks they could give the Skins to get him
Yeah, I think it is a smokescreen, too.

As much as I love Berry, DB is not the Skins biggest need.

Mel just said that Earl Thomas is as good as Eric Berry.

Keyshawn also said that he would maybe take Thomas over Berry with one of the top five picks. These guys must not know jack.

I think Mike Mayock on the NFL Network has Earl Thomas ahead of Berry as well.

I think anyone that thinks that are off base. Thomas has a good set of skills and is a good ball hawk with pretty good speed but Berry has all that plus more. I'd take Thomas somewhere around the middle of the 1st round but Berry is definitely top 5. It's sort of like Suh and McCoy with people on each side but I'd take Suh anyday.

I don't claim to be a Draft expert though so what do I know.

Also in response to tnvols the 1st round starts tonight at 7:30pm EST, the 2nd-3rd round tomorrow at 6PM EST, and rounds 4-7 10AM EST Saturday.

Keyshawn's argument to take Earl over Eric was that Earl could play any position in the backfield.

I was saying out loud "have you watched any film of Berry at all? He has pretty much played every position on defense."

Just goes to show exactly how much research these guys do.

Keyshawn though isnt one of their draft-analyst guys

he's one of the talking heads the bring out when they need numbers b/c the football crowd recognizes him
