do ya'll cub fans think Jake Fox will be as good as advertised? He looks pretty solid at the plate. Don't know anything about his abilities at first.

i hope so because i just picked him up on my fantasy team.

seriously though, he pretty much dominated the Southern League while with the Smokies and was killing it in Iowa. obviously he can hit, but there's questions around his defense and where exactly he can/is going to play. his glove will probably only earn him heavy designated hitter time.

Z got 6 games so he'll miss a start. i imagine he will appeal and hopefully get that reduced.

prepare yourself for possibly seeing some fights in the stands. i'm a white sox fan and this series brings out all the jack ass's in both fan bases. other than that its a good time with friendly trash talking. some of the fans escalate the trash talking to stupid proportions.

Only saw one...not too bad. Also saw a marriage proposal, so I figured it balanced out! Cubbies did lose the game we saw but we still had a blast!! Being at Wrigley was amazing.

Another year, another failure.

It's getting harder and harder to root for the Cubs each year. I really hope they clean house this offseason. $140 million for absolutely nothing. And please...fire Grandpa Pinella. The game has obviously passed him.
