Why? He made millions and destroyed the program. He did build the roster back up but his reign of error will be remembered as nothing but a complete and utter failure.

Derek Dooley did not "destroy the program." He walked into a dumpster fire, put it out, but that's it. He couldn't improve upon anything in the program after stopping the free fall.

I don't understand this line of thought

den_do19.jpg

For those of you that are this insensitive, compare it to losing a house in a fire. Yes, you have insurance and get paid a whole lot more than the house is worth, but you are losing something that means a lot to you and that you invested your heart and soul into for years.

Yeah, he is a terrible coach, but that doesn't mean he didn't give the same effort and care as much as all other SEC coaches. Let the man go out with as much dignity as he can.

plenty of "good" people lose their jobs everyday; it does not matter how likable a person one might be. Janitor, air traffic controller, CEO, teacher, head coach.... whatever. If one cannot perform their line of work to the standards set forth by their respective institutions, they must be removed to avoid further harming that institution.

I think Hart should say Sunseri will be interim and then say just kidding to watch the entire state go postal.

I tend to agree with this. The dislike should be towards Hamilton for hiring a person incapable of being a head coach in the SEC.

The clown actually hired 2 incapable HCs - you left off Kiffin -- Hamilton can rot in hell for all I care

He did not destroy the program! Please list some facts not opinions. He may not have been successful, but he certainly didn't destroy the program.

Are you f'n serious? He oversaw 3 straight losing seasons. That hasn't happened since the early 1900's. He had the worse loss to Candy in over half a century. He's won a total of 4 SEC games in 3 years and is going to go 1-7 in the SEC in the last 2 years. Guess what? That's never happened either. I could go on and on but it would be piling on.

My God, the stupidity is unreal from some of you.
