If tonight is any indication I am gonna have to get out the gas masks, NBC suits, and Pasgat for all the fam to hunker down for the neighborhood firework show.....The ijots canceled the Camp Columbus fireworks show this year for liability, thus the entire show is being fired off in my neighborhood again. How that show started was they moved it from our neighborhood to camp columbus for safety reasons....... basically..... (In East Tn, this means that there is some semblance of truth in my slightly elastic statement). We have to be the only neighborhood where hearing people yell out "splash" and, "fire for effect" while firing off a run of like 10 mortar tubes at a time is a normal thing.

I grew to hate the 4th and New Years Eve. Behr was terrified. The year before his last 4th one of my neighbors threw a bottle rocket at him and I almost went to jail. I'm serious, I think the only thing that saved me from seriously hurting that dude is my attention went straight to looking for Behr. He bolted and it took over 20 minutes to find him.

On a different note, have you ever given them Frosty Paws? Behr loved those.
