To be fair, we haven’t been a one man show when ZZ is playing his game and sometimes when Aidoo is feeling it. But ZZ is way off today and Jonas is getting abused by two more physical players. Can’t count on anything consistent offensively from the others.

I don’t remember seeing people wanting Ut to send out the starters and get hammered. That’s different than saying to rest the starters and not take it seriously. I don’t know anyone who said “if we are gonna take it seriously and play the main rotation, let’s get embarrassed and shoot 21 percent!”
Most were “don’t take it seriously and sit starters.” They we also “if you’re gonna play them, win.”

State shooting 60% and has 28 points in the paint! That just can’t happen. TN shooting 20% from the floor, this also just can’t happen. You guys are by far the better team, time to see what these boys are made of. They responded well when down to KY, maybe they pull it off this time.

We wont the SEC 2 years ago and beat the hell out of Duke to make the S16 last year. Those weren't bad but it's disappointing we never get past the S16.

Normally I'd agree but our press hasn't done much so far in this game. I agree with pushing their legs though. We can absolutely tire them out but we're not.

This team will be remembered how they finish in the Tournament starting next week, not the egg they are displaying today. Not trying to sugarcoat how bad they are today but it's not the goal this season.

End of the day embarrassing effort and showing. Sucks and hopefully they learn from it because when it happens next will be last game of the season.

IMO this is not a team to be down 19 to. They are a very slow O and even if they start shooting their normal% may not be enough possessions with their deliberate offense. Some of you on here that wanted to get out of the tournament early to rest up for NCAA getting your wish. Heard a stat that no team has won it all with not getting to semi in the conference tournament.
