My least favorite part of chocolate chip cookies....is the chocolate chips. The cookie part rocks man. I eat em all the time too...the brown sugar, plain cookie taste..soft and chewy of course (those hard Chips Ahoy kind of cookies are for Communists and weirdos) with just a hint of salt...its where good times are man. Gonna try to make some i think, without the Chips. Bet they rock...Subway white chip macadamias are my jam though. Also the newer ones that are raspberry or something. They rock too...
Edit: cookies and ice cream are my kryptonite....havent been hitting the gym like i should, no test for about a year...i have probably a half pound of fat in my abdomen for the 1st time ever. Im a puss man. After i turned 40, like my Dad, i gained the awesome(not) ability to carry bodyfat for the 1st time. Only on my stomach, and just a little, but it drives me insane. It is made of pure sugar and high fructose corn syrup from Mtn Dews...gotta get in the gym. Pretty sure i have posted this here before...but when your blood sugar is high from sweets, sodas etc...your liver metabolizes the sugar straight into body fat and stores it. Its like a cheat code to fat. Bypasses normal digestive processes etc....these drinks and processed corn syrup in sweets are the reason obesity is an epidemic. It isnt meat...or even pizza, burgers and fries. Its extremely calorie dense corn syrup that your body can instantly turn into fat cells.
