I know I was a little obnoxious during the game repeatedly begging for 12 personnel and to run the ball from it...just want to point out that LITERALLY every UT football commentator, person who broke down the game tape, and even national guys just reporting on the upset also questioned why in the Hell we did not use 2TEs. Especially after being scoreless at halftime. Even moreso after losing our 2 best WR...1 of which is Squirrel, our Slot WR, which takes the place of the TE in our base 11 personnel which for some inexplicably dumb reason we ran the entire game.

I love CJH and am a vocal supporter. He had his head all the way up his azz in this game though. Clock management was ridiculous too at the end.

Except for that one game, we've seen a lot less of the TEs than I expected this season. I thought they would be huge in this offense, but it almost feels like we don't want to play them. It's baffling.

Seems like game preparation should always include a Plan A and a Plan B. If Plan A doesn't work - adjust and go to the alternate. This game was like the old Bill Battle days - insipid and uninspired - run the damn ball up the middle - we've done it every time, they'll never guess we're going to do it again. As McDad (?) wondered, was it a plan dumbed down to accommodate a new QB and to try and keep him healthy? If the other team is keyed into your game plan, change the plan. Not at all what I'd expect from Heupel.

We might not be able to overcome our Oline issues or the injuries at WR, and get beat by the lizards this week. They arent nearly as bad as they seem, especially on offense where they score 89% of the time in the red zone. Read 89% on the season with 17/19 of those being TDS and only 2 FGs. Certainly possible they beat us this week in a "rock fight" like the Ark game.

Its also possible that this loss was the best thing that could have happened to this team. Its happened before, to great teams coached by Saban and others. They lost a game early that they should have won...humbled the team greatly and got them 100% focused to actually get better every single day all season long. Those teams went on to big things...SEC and natl championships. This weeks game is a must win type game if this season is gonna meet the dreams, goals, expectations etc of the players, coaches, and fans. Maybe that loss is exactly what we needed. Time will tell. Cant wait for kickoff...everything this team (and us,) really want is still out there in front of them. Only the margin for error is gone. Can't wait for gametime. We will find out a lot this week about our coaches, team, leadership, etc. GO VOLS

Happy for you man. I know this wasnt a cheap undertaking between tickets and travel etc. You could probably by a 60 or 70in TV for what a flarduh game costs these days.

That place is gonna be rocking like the Bama game in 22...Oranged Out, lasers, national TV, deafening roars. If you still have a voice in the 4th quarter you're a sissy lmao!!! I know how you got your handle, though. I scream DEEEEEEEFFFEEEEEEEEEENSSE!!! as loud as I can from when their offense comes to the line until the ball is snapped. Every snap possible til my voice is gone. Did the same at NCSU game til we had 44 points. Have done it since I was a kid and Pappaw had season tickets in the 90s...when I learned that us fans actually can change what happens on the field. It takes several days for my voice to heal after a big game. So worth it. Is this the 1st home game for your lady? She will be amazed either way...

If yall need a place to stay, McDiddy owns a couple brothels and other houses of ill repute. He might try to sex traffic you, but only for personal use. He is surprisingly greedy for such an affable guy 😄

Everybody cant be boring or this world would be a snoozefest right? Oh to be young again... it really is wasted on the young sometimes. My life is super boring now in comparison, but also way, way more stable. If walls could talk though...

I bet you're the life of the party, and have amazing fashion sense. Some sterotypes exist for a reason, and looking sharp is always a good idea. I definitely need to update my wardrobe a bit. Looks like sanity prevailed and loose fitting pants are back in style...tada! I weathered the storm. Lmao. I would rather be dead than wear tight pants...i have a blackmail picture of my son wearing some skinnyjeans from junior high like all his little buddies though. 😄
