You've done some good work! I am an extremely hard gainer. I am 6 foot 1 and walk around in the 190s if I lift 3 or 4 days a week. I was 140 pounds before I ever lifted. Talk about hard to get a date back then! Lol. The biggest I ever got was 208, and that was with "help". I pretty much have a wide receiver build, where you have more of a line backer build. I was about 197 in this pic. That's about where I like to be. It's good your son lifts too. I swear it keeps you young, especially if you start early. SARMS are an option for older guys like us. They are crazy effective, and legal to have. No real side effects either, hell, they sell them at my gym. PM me if you ever get curious about them. I'm 45 now, so I may or may not take any more of them in the future.
In tight in a gun fight they are our best fighter. The reason we don’t highlight this much is our doctrine and equipment is architected to do everything and make sure the fight is over before it gets to a gun fight.Loading…

What an amazing aircraft. I dont even keep up with whats going on ever there, this isnt a political post. Just impressed that stripped down/old tech F16s donated from Airguard units, Poland etc are taking out Russias flagship aircraft. I would give my left nut to fly a 16...pilots say theyre so maneuverable that it’s like being strapped to a rocket Wile E. Coyote style.
A triple redundant fly by wire flight control system to account for a pitch unstable airframe doesn’t hurt either. The F-16 does not want to fly straight. Without the computers it’s looking for a chance to kill the pilotTechnology and craftsmanship, there is no substitute or equivalent when done right.
Speaking of technology killing the pilot once the F-117 was brought into the public eye I remember reading a technical paper on its digital flight control system. Been a while but if I remember the point correctly there was an incredibly short time from when the fcs failed to where the aircraft departed controlled flight and tore itself apart. The pilot had next to no reaction time to process a loss of flight control situation and make the decision to eject.Technology and craftsmanship, there is no substitute or equivalent when done right.
