Official Gramps' Memorial Eternal OT Thread

The Taylor v Serrano fight is going to end up as tonight's highlight imo.

I didnt watch the girls fight, just cant. Ramos came back and damn near beat that other dude though. Down 6 rounds to zero, with a knockdown, before he floored dude in the 7th? If he could have kept that pressure on and landed a couple more straight right hands he might have pulled off the upset. Those are 2 tough dudes though. Props to both. Picking yourself up off the floor/mat takes heart. Both those dudes will be hurting tomorrow when the adrenaline and dopamine are gone but the swelling and broken bones remain.

Hope Mike takes this clowns head clean off his shoulders with a hook early. If Mike cant put him down in the first 3 or 4 rounds, hes probably toast. JP is smart and knows that...hes gonna run like a lil beeyatch and use his reach/jab to keep Mike off him IMO...as Tyson longsince said though " Everybodys got a plan til they get punched in the mouth." LETS GO

I don't know what you mean by that. Paul was clearly the better boxer tonight.

Fighting a guy 58 years old and he couldn't knock him out? He won the points, but couldn't beat Tyson.

Doesn't matter if Tyson is a living legend, Paul should have knocked him out in the 5th.

What did you think you were going to watch? Paul's thing isn't "I'm the best boxer on earth." It's create interesting fights that make you tune in. And he's good at that. There is a reason he is fighting old men.

I’m not sure he tried to knock him out.

Then he hasn't beat Tyson...

You can win on points all day long, but he wasn't trying to go for the knockout. I think he was afraid to get in close to Tyson.

If this is Hollyfield and Tyson on their prime and it's decided by points, that's different. This should have been over quickly.

This might be the worst sports take I've ever heard. He beat him. You don't have to win by knock out. That's not the sport
