Just left meeting at bank.
They and other banks are dealing with more lates and people unable to make payments than anytime since covid.
May be foreclosure and preforeclosure opportunities in the next few years. If nationwide and not just a local bubble, we may see interest rates coming down too.

All this complaining feels like when my ex wife would get mad about the dishwasher being loaded "wrong". It just wasn't done her way.... Some people just like to complain

I don't find that surprising at all. Cumulative Bidenflation ate the lower and middle classes, in particular, alive.

I personally like the head first, in and out put the feet to the fire approach and leave a crew behind to get into the fine details of an audit. The second crew most likely will find more graft and corruption over a period of time...............at least that's the way I would play it.
Who amongst us doesn't always prefer head first in all circumstances?

Heads up for spoons - because it helps them dry better. Avoids water collecting in the spoons.
Wow. My post sailed miles over your head. Also, the post to which I was responding even discussing the "loading the washing machine" issue.

if you do tines down you get bits of food stuck next to the plastic. and thats the part you stick in your mouth, thats the part I want clean.

I don't put forks in if they have food on them. Soak them before l throw em in and half a swipe with a brush. My first hourly job was washing dishes, and my tolerance for putting food in the machine is probably 1/10 what your is. Drives me crazy to pull out a bowl and it's still got crusties on it
