I believe that you have some reliable information and I hope it is true if we have somebody like Gruden in place. I just think it would be weird timing to can Dooley after pulling off an upset against South Carolina. And even stranger if we were to pull off the miracle of going 2-0 the next two weeks on route to a probable 9-3 season.
If it were to pan out like you said and Dooley is still fired, then obviously Gruden is our man.I believe that you have some reliable information and I hope it is true if we have somebody like Gruden in place. What would even give you the slightest inclination cdd could pull off a upset on either team?
I'm not bashing Dooley but history shows and predicts both of them as loses.
Another perspective is if we get beaten to a pulp by Bama, and SC loses to Florida. Then SC brings a 2 loss streak into our game, a win over a team that loses two in a row a job saver? I dont think so. It also seems the powers that be are putting very little stake in this happening, otherwise there would have been at least a statement of support for this staff in the face of the outcry for Dooleys head.
I do not remember ever the rock being painted twice in the same week with anti (any coach) messages. Fellas this feels like bottom!
They were referencing the Shannon hire....which many here agree was a done deal until the last hour. Other than that I've predicted very little.
Doesn't really matter, I have no ego tied up in this. My fanclub can say what they want.
