This is so hard, I have been a Pro-Dooley guy from the time he got here. However, the Mississippi State game did me in (mostly), I have argued he needs more time, but the more I hear the Shula comparison the more I believe it is true of Dooley. I think Dooley is an exceptional guy and I wish him nothing but the best, but I feel it is time for a change.

I do think we owe him a little gratitude for taking a position that no one seemed to want in 2009, on the brink of NCAA violations and a terrible roster and AD. He has built a good foundation, but it is time for us to thank him on his way out.

Why I don't feel anything when these guys get canned. The way they are paid to coach a sport! Wish someone would give me 5 million to go away! NO ONE would ever see my ass again!

While I knew that it had to be done, I was physically sick when Phil was canned. I wont give one **** when Dooley is told to gtfo

I agree 100%. Even though I thought he needed to go after the 2005 season, I still got emotional when he gave the press conference. He gave so much for UT, he is a true VFL like him or not.

The only emotion I will feel when Dooley is giving that same press conference is elation.

can you guys catch me up on the latest. has anything of substance surfaced other than SBVs offer extension post? last i read were rumors that we were turned down. thanks.

Yeah, Dooley is always cracking wise on his show and in interviews. I don't find anything that funny anymore

They need to be talking to Ergen about getting "Walking Dead" on Dish...and while they are there bring up coaching search perhaps

From what I gather reading this thread the synopses is that's a potential smoke screen and nothing to be worried about and that CDD is still likey gone after USCe.

The gif is from the movie ELF. Just replaced will farrel with dooley and the midget guy with Saban. In the movie will's character insults the midget guy and gets his ass kicked.
