Yes and no. Every team in the NFL wants to win now. If anyone thought he would guarantee a title run, they'd pay him. NFL teams can throw any dollar figure around they want.

I'll say this, if he waits another year or two, I'll consider him in the same zone Bill Cowher and JJ are in. You can't be that hungry and refuse countless NFL jobs in the hopes of a college team calling without something being awry.

Gruden beat his own Oakland team in the SB. The whole winning with Dungy's players is dumb- it's not like Dungy's recruited them. Winning a SB is hard. Just ask the last few teams with the best regular season record. The man loves coaching and is passionate which I like for college. I have heard he makes 4.3 at ESPN. I would offer him 5-6 just to see if he wants it. There is evidence that he loves UT.
