I would think that if he had been fired, an announcement would have happened today. Who knows though.

But it seems to be this: Dooley is done. He's not getting another year.

I met 3 UT fans last night that said they wouldn't fire Dooley even if they knew Gruden would accecpt the job! They said Dooley needs 2 or 3 more years and then we will be good again. Are you kidding me? WTF kind of spell does Dooley have over some of our fanbase?

The university will let the media know they will be having a news conference/press release. But if it doesn't happen by 2:00 then it won't happen today.
