Haha true. They didn't seem to give a dam what anyone did yesterday. Saw no one asked to not smoke and several smoking in a not at all crowded concourse.

65 K or less. Took photos. People were spread out all comfy with leg room for a change. Absolutely no traffic issues coming or going. When UT students don't go to homecoming it is really, really bad. Remember the days of the awards for floats and displays of school spirit on homecoming? Gone. Nothing.

Really good message to the UTAD since even the game stunk. Sal's Matador Defense did their jobs well, mailing it in until the move is made on the Dools. Troy would have tied the game if they had not run out of time. As it was they overthrew two wide open WR's for TDs and made a few silly playcalls themselves.

Karma is such a biotch, last year the fans did not stop having faith in the kids and the coaches to an extent, the players and coaches gave up towards the end of the season.

This year the fans have seen enough from a coaching staff that is flat out horrid except for OL and RB coaches. The fans have seen enough of a poorly coached team that is the worst prepared team in TN history. The offense may score points but they look more like the Keyston cops on both sides of the ball.

Just a sickening team to have given your life to support and cheer come down to this. The fans deserve better!

GmanTN, do you see the silence that Hart and Cheek are displaying as detrimental to the program? Do you think that they possibly have an alternative plan to keep Dooley and try to resurrect him by firing Sal and hiring a top notch defensive coordinator?

Or are you confident that the plan to bring the real savior to the program will take place. I guess that most of us fans know that we have been on the cheap for so long and really have a lack of trust in those who run the program.

I took my seven year old to the Florida game. I told him look at all these people buddy its has been like this since I can remember. Yesterday he says dad I guess everybody thought we were going lose so they stayed home. This coming from a seven year old.

Without changes on defense immediately I'll be questioning if Dooley really wants to win. They can't beat Missouri and Vandy with the defense playing like it did yesterday and Kentucky would be close. I don't care how bad Sal is, Dooley the head coach and it's his product on the field.

Very depressing. I clearly blame the fans for their lack of support. It has nothing to do with the fact that our coach is a d**che, that he lost the team, and the generally horrendous in-game coaching.

Fans should be ashamed!

IMO based on my info, Hart and Cheek are doing what they have been told to do on this matter. The poor performance of the team yesterday makes their role more difficult to be silent during this time because the fans will turn up the heat.

I am still confident in the info I have knowledge of.

That doesn't mean Gruden's interest level or anything has changed, but it kind of has a holding pattern feel at this point. Nonetheless, and while it's impossible to tell because Gruden isn't publicly saying anything specific in regards to the Tennessee job, he does seem to have legitimate interest in the job and there are those close to Gruden who continue to believe that if a change is made and Tennessee has a competitive offer sheet (read: greater than $5 million), it might be too much for Gruden to pass up. There are others who know Gruden who don't think he would come to the college game. And others who believe if somehow he did end up at Tennessee, then his staff would have a Vol feel to it.
