Slice doesn't post a lot of what he hears. I'm not in this thread for that. I'll text him if I have questions.

I'm in here to read the rumors, laugh at most of them, and appreciate the ones that seem reasonable.

I'm just sick of being the bad guy as soon as I say anything contrary to "Gruden is locked up. He's 100%. We can break out the champagne, guys!"

If your friends don't like the answer, they ignore it, or worse, attack it. It's ridiculous, and it's why all the rumors seem to point to Gruden in this thread, because nobody with anything else to say wants to post in here with a bunch of lunatics.

Dis rightcheer^^^^ there's no way a story/rumor like this has this kinda steam and neither camp is denying anything. And don't give me that BS Gruden is using it as leverage to get an NFL job. He doesn't need leverage, he could have his pick of most HC jobs right now.

That was a bit extreme, Patterson/Peterson are easy to glance at and mistake for the other on the screen. I think Jay knows well which one is where.

And the reason people get upset at you is not your differing opinion, but that you argue the opposite of whatever the side is. You are Pro-Gruden then Anti-Gruden whichever fits your mood at the moment. Differing opinions are always welcome, but contradicting arguments are annoying...

Hardly. I've always been "pro Gruden." It's just when it becomes apparent that he's a longshot, I expressed my opinion, and I get attacked and called an idiot.

Im keeping my name but I would be cool with the Patterson hire if it happened....as long as Dooley, Fulmer, Chavis or Cutcliffe are not the head coach here next year, Im probably going to be good with the new hire.
