I do have a serious question amongst all of the poo-flinging and crow eating:

If the UTAD Development office is restructured to report under the UT Foundation, they would likely hold onto most of their money instead of giving it back to the University. Does anyone have any idea how much this would free up (at the general University's expense, of course)? Seems to me this is a move to free up more cash in order to pay higher salaries and begin to develop a cash reserve.

I know it includes the SEC money that we get now. More money would be coming in due to the new SEC network deal.
