Its just started. I went to the doc yesterday and they did blood work this morning after the fast. So if it is gout like he thinks, I have no idea what type meds he will prescribe.

Seriously OV, I have had Gout over 10 years. Five years ago the my new DR told me to take the recommended daily dose of Curcumin and Tart Cherry Extract and I haven't had one ounce of pain from it since. Both are natural remedies available at any nutrition store.
