Oh, what the hell, here I go.
I'd hate like hell for one of my kids to get involved in Greenpeace, because I'm still hoping to have grandchildren one day, but I'd be proud of them if they did.
In case you haven't looked up and around, big-ass corporations are changing the way the world has worked for millennia, and the whole balance of how the world works is getting out of whack. And in a growing number of areas, life has changed for the worse.
If some crazy-ass, under-employed, buried-under-student-loans twenty-year-olds have the guts to get into a Zodiac and try to interfere with a local representative of some massive multinational fishing conglomerate, then I say more power to them.
The whole multinational thing might not have hit you yet, but just wait: it's only a matter of time.
And yes, the kids in Greenpeace and everything else are awfully easy to laugh at, because most people in their 20's are awfully easy to laugh at.
