All kidding aside, Goat, do live in a rural area or suburbs? If in the subs, it could be telephone company doing some work at the neighbors and disposed of some things in your can because it was convenient. If in a rural setting, might be cause for concern.

Scariest jail I have ever been in..The old Sevier county jail. They took me in on a suspended license charge and put me in a block with murderers. I was 18 and scared $hitless. Had to spend the whole labor day weekend in there.

Suburbs. But no WAY someone comes on my property and does that. We own a pool so I am required to put up no trespassing signs (which btw is 4 feet away from said trash can) stating get away. I'm nit required, but it helps liability if someone came here and ended up as a floater in my pool.

In all seriousness I smell another dog fart. I will be MAD if I wake up to a steamy pile of dog dung tomm.

Worst one for me was CJC in Nashville. Been there a few times. Inmates there stuff toliet paper in their ears to keep cock roaches from crawling in there while asleep. True story
