Ok...I'm with you. I re-read the cases on telecommuter taxes and realized that I had that wrong. I wonder how all this applies to guys like Gruden who travel constantly.

Gruden is more than likely a W-2 employee of ESPN. He has to file state income taxes in Connecticut. If he does an endorsement deal, let's say for a company based out of New York....he's filing a NY tax return too. In addition to his Connecticut return.

The person that the text was from said they would get back to me on a timeline tomorrow sometime. I have heard a little that there might be a lot to be "thankful" for this year albeit a tad tardy for the actual day, but I'm nowhere near as confident as my next statements on that yet..

Guys. I will hear from the person I'm waiting on in the morning sometime. As for me at this time, I am operating on the same notion as DTO and Lex. I think we got him. Rest easy. Gruden dreams my Vol brothers.

Will pray for her. I am at hospital with my wife. She is pregnant with our 4th(34 weeks) and went into pre-term labor so they are trying to control it and hold off delivery. A crazy day of getting kids and her taken care ofand a long night ahead. Hope your wife is ok!
