I get that. But questioning the sources, and butchering the name, of one of the most respected NFL insiders is ridiculous. It makes him look bad, and I like his show.

I agree, its like the 06 Florida game after beating Cal. He came out and did the Chomp in front of the Florida fans and resulted in a second half blitz fest that cost UT the game.

He has "gone too far" on other occasions, but no excuse for that. He is nowhere near the level of who he is insulting.

LOL at two 80 year old men right now outside my office asking each other who John Gruden is and saying "I don't know but he sure aint no Phil Fulmer"!

Trying hard for them to not know the thing I am laughing about is them haha.

Well, technically they are right....he sure ain't no Phil Fulmer...thank goodness

I think I drank every sh!t beer known to man between high school and the UT years. PBR, Shaeffer, Old Milwaukee, Milwaukee's Best, Mickey's with the obligatory bottle or two of MD20/20 thrown in.

I'm sure I left a few names off the list....

Has to be cold tho.
Nah, Belgian Quads and lots of English styles should be drank around 50 degrees.

Also, Double Door Brewing of Nashville (now closed) used to have a winter beer called wassail that was served hot. Had it at last years Winter Warmer and it was pretty awesome. It was pretty damn cold that day too.

You know what really bothers me about the nega-grudes is the fact they don’t really have any reliable information that Gruden is not coming but the reasons are “He would never come to Tennessee”, “Why would he come to a screwed up mess like UT is in?” or “It’s a pipe dream to think any coach of Gruden’s caliber would even consider Tennessee”.
Are these nega-grudes confidence in the program so low that they think we are destined to be a mediocre program for eternity? I realize that we have experienced significant lows over the last several years but to think a program with the rich heritage of Tennessee, the +100,000 plus seat stadium, the beautiful campus, the rabid fan base, and the other second to none facilities is an average , will continue to be a middle of the road SEC school is ridiculous. I, frankly, believe that we should expect no less than a top tear coach. To think that our only option is to roll the dice on another up and comer is laughable.

I dont care if he has a contract with "The Last Chance" on Clinton Hwy...or the ear....

Give him what he needs...

Last Chance was on Alcoa Highway...how do I know that? You're thinking of the Emerald Club or Raymond's Place (now MTM) on Clinton highway. I don't frequent any of these "establishments," but I drive by them frequently.
