Hubbs mentioned on 104.5 today that Dooley was done, and he said this was not a guess but it was fact. He said Hart definately would have kept him at 8-4 and probably would have kept him at 7-5, but now that he has a 6th loss he is done for sure. He was speaking in absolutes and not guesses.

Understood, but look at it this way. After all of this hell we have been through as a fanbase, I believe that we are due for something like this to happen. This would turn this program around and heal the Volnation.

I do not claim to know any more than what has been posted here. But if they do pull this hire off, we are in for a wild ride....

I worked in Tampa in view of One Buc Place. This was during Grudens time as the Bucs head coach. He was able to walk in there and motivate / gain the respect of Sapp, Derrick Brooks, Lynch, Barber and Allstott. He picked the right offensive talent off the NFL scrap heap (Pittman, Jerevisious (sp?), McCardell, Dilger, etc).That team had fire in their eyes and won the supper bowl.

College kids would run through a wall for Gruden. Recruiting would be unreal. What HS star would not want to visit with Gruden. Then Tweet/Facebook his friends about it.

He would have the instant coaching credibility of Saban, but with the Rockstar status that he has built on TV. Add a good staff and we are rolling.

And we have posters here that think his silence means something. He is always silent about every job. His silence means nothing

I am certain the silence from the AD means something, just not sure what and that scares me. Even people very close to Hart have no clue what is going on. If anything, he has kept stuff under wraps since he took over. If Hammy was still there I would have all the good info lol.

There would have been zero reason to keep Dooley if he went 8-4. Next years schedule is brutal and we would likely have gone 8-4 at best but more like 7-5 or 6-6. At that point the fan base would have had enough.

Hart reminds me a lot of Dickey, that's what scares me.

Hart can't deny Gruden is in play because there isn't a job but I understand and am starting to believe his silence toward DD means something. Like carter I don't know what that is though

If Hammy was here you would have all the info but it wouldn't be good news. You could be post #2 inside the Sonny Dykes thread with inside info that we might get an interview with him, if UT agree's to a $10 million buyout.

That is what I meant. Silence in regard to DD.
