But man...if you leave now, you're gonna miss some funny stuff between now and 10pm, which is when the grave yard shift comes in and keeps the momentum towards the next JG thread progression!

Not surprising. They're busy running their mouth on VN, talking about how Obama is destroying the country and that they'd be better off without the rest of the country. Ironically, I'm friends with people who went to Harvard and MIT, and they're democrats. I'm good friends with about 10 engineers, a dentist, a couple doctors and a few nurses. They're all liberal.

It's weird how these diehard conservatives are so much smarter than everyone else while I know a ton of liberals that are clearly more intelligent, better educated and have better jobs. It's unfortunate that they're pathetic and a waste of space. All they care about is free handouts. smh

Zook is a good defensive coach. Smartly hired Paul Petrino. But no one would like the hire. His record and history is terrible. He'll end up at another mid-major or never coach again.

Idk about that, people know he's a lights out recruiter. I would hope that they would be smart enough to look past his tenure as an HC at Florida. Not all coordinators make great HC's. I, for one, would trust Gruden's judgement. If he wants Zook, then i'm all for it. I think it would be a smart hire regardless.

I wouldn't judge Zook by his head coaching tenure at FL. He's a great defensive mind and an excellent recruiter. Members of the staff that can poach players in Florida and Georgia are almost essential nowadays for the SEC. The addition of Tee Martin would open up SoCal and would help us lock down the instate talent. Jalen Ramsey would be ours in no time, and we DESPERATELY need a lock down corner of his caliber. I think it would be fun to watch a Morris coached D and i think he would be a great recruiter, but Zook is proven. Either would be exciting.

Me too. I wouldn't judge Steele by his DC tenure at Clemson either. He's another good LB's coach and great recruiter. Not all position coaches turn out to be great coordinators, Vols know that all too well... I wish we never lost Lance Thompson though.

Good point to consider, but if we get back to that level...coordinators doors will be revolving anyway.

Zook, might be a different animal considering his history as HC.

He stayed that he's had 5 position coaches in 5 years.
