Agreeing in principal to take a job that is coming open is standard operating procedure, parading your kids around private schools (apparently every one of them lol) with 2 games left and a sitting coach whose kid attends one of those schools, several coaches kids do, would be tactless, shady, and unprofessional.
Why did Gary Daniels just I am telling my guys next year that unless you have a running start on a kick off return then you stay in the endzone...
My guys?
So if Candy wins, they will more than likely finish 8-4. The Mayans were right.
There is certainly some truth in this, but the flip side is his raw potential and physical skills may be offset by a somewhat questionable work ethic and mental immaturity (both as to the game and personally). People said much the same thing you said about Bray about Ryan Leaf. Now I'm not saying that Bray is nearly as big an idiot as Leaf turned out to be, but teams are well aware of the expensive busts in past, and they do pay significant attention to factors other than potential and raw physical ability before dumping tens of millions of dollars on someone to be the next face of the franchise. If I were a GM there is no way I would spend a first round pick on Bray at this point in time, or Hunter (for different reasons). If Gruden comes Bray could benefit immensely from a year under his wing, and a year of no off the field drama as well, IMO. But if he leaves I wish him the best.
Lol! I don`t know about that, but General Neyland would rain down a Mayanesque apocalypse upon Dooley if he were here. Go Vols!! Surely to God we can win ONE SEC game, even with Dooley! I know Grudens coming, and it`s going to be the most successful period in Vol history.
