This why I posted it. I may not like the info, but it's info and it's as credible as pro-gruden info ATP. I'm not making a judgement, just providing info.

I don't know if they are correct but it darn sure is worthy of noting

These coaches aren't being considered but I would take them over Golden.

I think he gets most of his cred from his Temple gig. Now...I say this with some trepidation...There have been rumblings that upper classmen don't feel like they've been given a fairshot as compared to the Golden recruits. I've not read enough, but it's not all bliss down there.

To me Miami has gotten worse under Golden. The only thing I like about him is that he is old school, wearing a tie on game day.

Not saying Golden is great but there was a worse cloud at Miami than when Dooley came here. He is also playing a lot of freshmen and sophomores. I was told many are starters.

I feel so calm today because of my conversation...I'm sure the other posters with legitimate info can attest to the feeling of having information that is so solid that you become detached from the emotional roller coaster this has been.

I can now focus on havin fun with my new buddy, USMC, as we watch our Vols kick the chit out of Vandy!!

Consequently...I'm so confident with the transpired events, I hope we win out the rest of the season...it's merely a timeline for the announcement now...and I can calmly wait another week or two just so UT can win the last two football games and go to a bowl...in in for a bowl game now!!!

Ryan Leaf showed infinitely more in college than Bray has shown so far IMO. Leaf's WSU teams won games.

I agree. That's why he went No. 2 overall and there were some people saying he deserved to be picked ahead of Peyton. But as immature and punkish at times as Bray is he'd have to really go full wacko to match Leaf off the field.

The thing I don't understand is if its not Gruden why settle for someone who has done nothing? If the money is there for Gruden it should be there for someone of that stature.

This makes Al Golden sound like another Dooley. This program needs a name that can recruit 4 and 5 star talent to UT.

Agreed. It's a bad situation in Miami but he's not doing much in the ACC that calls for a promotion to the SEC. He seems like another Dooley hire, but with better/mediocre experience.

DeerPark, LArry, and as I posted yesterday some high level donors are now starting feel that golden is a real possibility. I have a feeling we shouldn't be so quick to discount their info

I would bet anything that it will be Golden. Kinda sad actually. I don't know how I feel about it. Will probably be the final nail in the coffin of a once proud program.

The Guys in the AD aren't too concerned about recruiting as they are a game day coach. That sentence alone tells me how inept these clowns are. Al Golden!!!!???! F'n really???? Get out of here with that weak a** crap.

If deer park can say with a straight face that Golden could win 8 or 9 here with this team next year than he has discredited himself.
