Biddle didn't say he talked directly to jay just a close friend of jay. He actually said that jay said Jon was getting weirded out and wanted all the Tennessee people off his back. I can't imagine how he could stop that but as I have said all along I doubt he would ever tell us he isn't interest if he wasn't.

Meanwhile he put's extra emphasis on announcing Tennessee Volunteer (add player here) in each MNF game.

Sorry I am coming around to believing this is happening but his tone has been exactly the same. Last week in a 5 minute stretch he said Tennessee volunteer and Miami hurricane with exactly the same tone. Not at all buying his voice inflection angle

SIAP From the Cliff Notes 247 says they have confirmed with 2 different coaches that used to coach at UT that Gruden has contacted them asking specifics about the UT coaching position.

Was Fulmer and Kiffin. This has been widely known for 2 weeks now.

I wouldn't put too much stock in it. If he wasn't interested, things wouldn't be as far along as they are. We aren't in the casual interest in coaching again somewhere territory here.....

I feel if he was really "wanting Tennessee people to leave him alone" or whatever, he wouldn't spend as much time around the program as he does. Vol fans have been head-over-heels for him for years, why they just all-of-a-sudden be getting on his nerves? Biddle's info doesn't pass the bs test. IMO

I agree it doesn't pass the test for me either but its part of the big info picture and I want to see it all.
