Werent their similar stories Troll jobs by VN folk??? Thought that was discussed already.

I don't think so. Can you link me something solid here? Duckman has been posting on Hogville for years. I went over there and he had like 20 stars beside his name. (Yeah. More stalking by WesternKyVol.)

While I don't think there's any serious interest between Gruden and Arky, his agent wouldn't be doing his job if he didn't try to leverage the situation to maximize the amount of $$$ he could get his client.

That's my point. I may end up being wrong but I don't feel there is any real interest in Arkansas from Gruden.

Which is ultimately our adminstrations fault. They are the ones who got us in the financial mess to begin with.

Not this groups fault. Regardless of your thoughts on Dooley and Hart, they walked into a ****hole of a situation that goes much deeper than football player attrition and lack of talent.
1.9 million in reserves. If they were running everyday companies, they would've gone under years ago.

Very solid. Liking Hart more and more. Until this I wasn't sure but imo this has been handled to perfection. He has the appearance of giving Dooley every possible opportunity all the while knowing it was over and getting the ball rolling to set things up to make a huge impact hire. If everything pans out like I believe it will he will have stamped his name in UT history books.

Which will solidify his future to replace Mal Moore at Bama when that time arrives. Which is completely fine...I'm just sayin.

Hart has done an incredible job. Earning his salary.

My ire is aimed at Cheek and Hamilton, and those that got us into this mess with the current situation. I am impressed with Hart, but he can only do so much at this point with the hand he was dealt.

I'll leave you with this, and see quote and bcarter above this, and I also think a guy called "TNSoldier" something or other admitted to it as well...if I have to find it it will take some digging, it was around the same time that Jay came out with his EPIC statement...

Hogville's info is from this board...those guys are getting trolled by Grudenites....

Chris Mortensen, who's son played at Arkansas, said they are all high if they think they are getting JG over UT

Here's a thought...

Does the Gruden-to-Arkansas chatter benefit UT's chances of landing Gruden? Would our proud boosters be "outbid" by Arkansas's boosters? Has Hart orchestrated this Arkansas chatter to put pressure on Cheek and certain boosters to come through or risk our top target choose another SEC school?

I would say Gruden's agent is more likely to have started them. But that's just an opinion.

Where's MHFan and his novella about Hamilton's superb ability to fund-raise and run such a fiscally sound program???
