I'm not OCI, but I have a theory that it is precisely because Gruden wanted it to be over that it was announced today. Just a theory.

I just don't think he would want an active NCAA investigation his first year. Magically he signs an MOU at the same time a 3 year investigation ends.

Pretty interesting timing.

He said Jon is assembling the staff. But he still thinks they take a pro team

Could be the reason everyone has been so quiet in the AD and Gruden front.... wanted this announcement to end first
