And all coaches, college and pro, must do the regular "dog and pony shows" for the fans, civic organizations and Boards to keep up appearances.

Do we know 100% for sure UF offered the job to Petersen? Alot of rumors does not make it true. I would also point out they hired Muschamp for less than 3 million. Did they try and offer Petersen the same type money? Only offer I have seen proven was UCLA having offered Petersen 2.8 million to take the job there. I would offer him a 6 year deal at 4.25 million per and 3.5 million for his staff. I think he would listen. JMO

Well I have been studying on the thread moving forward and it just now occurs to me that JG's comment about the Eagle's scout squad could be smoke too if the plan is to deflect at the moment. If you think about it, its kind of a silly comment.

We will have to wait and see. Hubbs is crushing dreams but that doesn't mean it's so. The one problem I have with his story is he is claiming Hart hasn't interviewed any coaches. Absolutely no way that has happened. Ball has to be in motion well before hire is made.
