To the poster that says we sound like Grudenville. Between the Webb, CAK, Catholic, airport, and other sightings around campus I tend to agree. That sort of hogwash has taken over a decent discussion here imo.

Good morning, Grudes! Church is getting ready to begin and you can bet that I'm sending up a special prayer that God would guide UT persons in charge to bring Jon Gruden to UT! AMEN!

If one has a different opinion that is fine, but some want to pounce on the Grudes for no reason. They haven't twisted nobodys arm and their info has been consistent so far, they have said if it didnt happen or fell thru they would post it. They are stickin with their guns thus far so I remain optimistic. Funny thing all the negative folks will either jump on and others that truly didn't care will be the ones you will never see again. Boro,DTO,Gman.Bcarter and all the other will be. GO VOLS GET GRUDEN!! I BELIEVE!!:rock:

Get your wikipedia and google search bars ready. The day is fast approaching when we hire some buster that nobody has ever heard of.....

You can just feel it in the air. All the sudden there's 5 "insiders" with inside knowledge of a hire. Hubbs is blasting the Gruden stuff to smithereens. La Tech rivals guys is saying we've contacted Sonny Dykes. A few different media guys have said we've made contact with Todd Graham at Arizona State. Rucker is hinting at the guy Todd Graham replaced who ASU fired.

The names the fans are throwing out there sounds like the New England Patriots are hiring and the names you hear from people who are actually in the know reads like a "who's who of coaching crap."

Not posting as much for the same reason I do not take my 7 year old son to Toys R Us to walk around and look every day only to have to say no 100 times and endure a hosts fit. That's what this thread has been the last 48 hours.

That's exactly why I almost decided to not post as much..I try to send positive energy but it seems to get lost in translation.:unsure:

A lot of misdirection from the media here, but the OG's have been saying there would be from the beginning. Until we either name another coach or Gruden denies us, I am all in...

One of the main things that gives me confidence, other than the OG's, is what has NOT been said.

All this speculation could be squashed in about 8 seconds by UT camp saying "he will not be our coach" or the Gruden camp saying "No". Has anyone seen this???

We do know that Gruden has reportedly said No to Arky and someone posted yesterday that he said No to MU.

In regards to UT, silence???

Grutopia is coming. JMO IMO :rock:

i would agree that if there were no chance, Hart would have long extinguished the Gruden fire. its unhealthy for the fanbase to clamor for a hire that he knows is not going to happen.
