man, I hope it is Gruden.
Just not sure why $$ is being wasted by the $1000's this week to fly around and speak with a few coaches. Seems like a lot of money to waste to be a smokescreen.
Don't get mad. I'm just saying.
If Wesley Willis wrote a song about JG it would go like this:
Once upon a time, a young coach started his career at Tennessee
He quickly moved up the pro ranks
He advanced the last place Raiders to 12-4 by the 2000 season
He goes back to Tennessee
He goes back to Tennessee
He goes back to Tennessee
He goes back to Tennessee
When Jon Gruden returned to Tennessee in 2013
He brought the 5-7 Vols to the SEC Championship during his first year
Saban, Miles, and Richt saw their recruiting go down hill
He goes back to Tennessee
He goes back to Tennessee
He goes back to Tennessee
He goes back to Tennessee
Jon Gruden wins the SEC Championship in his second year
He follows that up with a National Championship his third year
He returns Tennessee to its rightful place in football
He goes back to Tennessee
He goes back to Tennessee
He goes back to Tennessee
He goes back to Tennessee
I don't think Hubbs knows a damn thing. He talks in circles on the subject. That actually encourages me.
There is a lot of talk around here about Bell. He has five stars on Scout, and IS a huge Vol fan, and I know for fact they were late to the party in showing the interest that Alabama, Ohio State and other top schools showed. He is leaning toward Bama, and why wouldn't he?? Saban thinks he hangs the moon, but Derek Dooley barely gives him the time of day. GAG.
