I have always believed that this Gruden thing will come down to Philly or Tennessee...

I agree, this is why these Gruden threads are so crazy. Last night Robert Ayers tweets better days are ahead for UT and its immediately shot down that he could know something cause of playing with Peyton and it didnt insinuate anything. Now we've got Juan Castillo who lives in Philly meeting with Gruden about joining his staff if he comes back to coaching and in spite of the fact Castillo was just fired by the Eagles it means Grudens going to the Eagles. Rumors started a month ago about Gruden because he was talking to Castillo and Bisilica. Some smart poster on here posted then, theres no urgency to put together a coaching staff for the NFL, in college you need people to be ready to recruit yesterday, settle down people.
