This whole thing is getting pretty boring. But there's no football left so I guess it's something to do. Can't get excited about SECCG cause I don't want either team to win. Can't get excited about NCG cause I don't want either one of those teams to win either.
Some of these control issue problems really don't make too much sense to me. Although there haven't been specifics, those in the know have hinted that control issues have come down to recruiting practices and even as far as Gruden wanting assistant Athletic director status (siap on another site).
It is just hard for me to believe that Gruden wants the ability to skirt the rules and is using that as leverage in a contract negotiation. It also doesn't make sense that he would want to be assistant athletic director either. I just can't see how these snags would make a deal fall through. Everything hits snags, and hopefully these are just made up snags put out by the AD.
I still think Hart screws this hire up and if its not a grand slam hire then they need to padlock Neyland. Like I posted last night , I think Hart pulls A Hammy and goes to the flea market and see what's on sale. That's where Hammy found Dooley.
My fears also that it will a budget coach for lack of high level coach interest. Then they can remove forty thousand seats and call it sellouts. I doubt that would happen but it's happen once. We'll see.I still think Hart screws this hire up and if its not a grand slam hire then they need to padlock Neyland.
