If Hargris' source is someone Gruden contacted about being an assistant, it seems like that should narrow down the list a lot. Anyone care to speculate as to who his source is? Tee Martin? Jay Graham?

Raheem Morris perhaps? Raheem would likely want an equivalent salary to what he is receiving as defensive backs coach with the Redskins. Don't know how much that is, but Skins owner has deep pockets.

I guess I haven't come out an said that I want Gruden badly, and I believe in Hargis. I am still thinking this all plays into what we heard that Hart will be portrayed as the hero when all of the dust settles. Right now, he looks like the goat. (I hope someone makes that a meme), but if we do end up with Gruden as HC, he's going to make it look like he worked tirelessly to jump all of these hurdles. JMO

I've been thinking of possible reasons to delay the announcement of Gruden to UT:
1) Still receiving $ from TB
2) Finish out MNF

And to speculate why the circus and all the media discrepancies:
Maybe we won't be able to actually announce Gruden until after the recruiting "dead period" and we need to create a national buzz for all recruits. This could all be a recruiting tactic. Just my .02

Don't understand what the money was for if it wasn't for Gruden. These other names should not require the same money. If we lose Gruden I think we need to loose Hart based on what I hear (not what I know).

I truly feel like Hart is being a selfish ***** and not wanting to listen to what the fans/boosters want. Like 104.5 said, why would the University of Tenn free up 18 million and go after a coach like Strong or any other coach besides Gruden.

Hart is coming up with excuses and trying to find reasons to not get the deal done imo. I truly feel like the Gru is all VOL and wants to run thru the T
