I don't really think so. I think he just means that with all the coaches bring together in NY, there will be opportunities for multiple teams to make their interviews and hires.

He had slowed down to almost a stop and the guy clearly hit him in the side of the face with his helmet on purpose.

Thats a punk move and should never be tolerated.. Way different from incidentally hitting a QB up high when he's got the ball.

I disagree, there was a change of possession, if he cut blocked him low, in the knees, then a punk move, he took the block high as he should have. Only a prima donna qb does not put his head on a swivel after tossing a pick. Is this the freakin' SEC or a ballet recital? Gents turn in your fb uniforms & put your tutus on for cryin' out loud!

I really hope that Hargis keeps chasing the Gruden story as it is apparent that the Knoxville news/sport media is not going to follow it. The Knoxville guys are too busy waiting for scraps from the AD's table.

Why haven't we seen some sort of response from the AD to Hargis' article? I guess that's the naivety in me coming out.

If the AD denied what was reported in the article then it could rile some feathers of the TFP and force them to fire another shot across the bow. If the AD said it was true then it would raise too many questions. So I suppose I answered my own question - the AD will remain silent on the issue except for the strategically placed tidbits of info that they want the Knox media to have and to report. And more importantly what the AD wants the Vol fans to believe.
