Not sure. I think they're implying Fulmer for a year to allow time to remove Hart. That's how I took it. Some are saying it's a negotiating tool to get Hart on board with Gruden..

1st of all I'm progruden, but what has yay4bray said? All I've seen him do is driveby's period he refuses to answer questions just don't think he's credible poster. My faith is still in boro, OV, and another thing where's SBV?
