So...I truly wonder (IF this is all playing out as BabyVol says), that the SEC wanting NO Announcements before the Saturday CG was true, and now that this has passed, we can move forward with Gruden?

I have no idea about the other parts, but the media being a smokescreen has been the one true constant throughout this process.

Every coach is going to deny being interviewed except the coach that is hired. And the AD is going to say that the coach he hires was his one and only offer.

This guy is great! I will tell you there is a reason he's stepping away for atleast a week. These boards got outta control and a lot of the info was true and a lot was not. Either way there were a lot of people talking that were suppose to keep quite. And steps have been takin to make sure this doesnt happen again. You all won't be hearing a lot of anything this week and we just need to understand that there is a reason for that. Everything is gonna work out for the best! OG's please be careful with what info you want to share. It's easy to narrow down who it's coming from.

I've been following this forum since Gruden III, but there was no need to post until now when I see my fellow Vols fans getting this upset over something they can't control. Don't let anything consume you enough to where you are getting anxiety and stressing out all the time. Especially when you can't control the outcome.

We will be in the big picture again soon, all this is part of the process! Come together and unite and keep the faith!

I gotcha. I need to work on sarcasm. It didn't come across well that time.

Maybe tomorrow is the precursor press conference. Fulmer announced as AD.

Clay Travis said the top five were: gundy, fedora, golden, fisher, and jones. Only one fits the criteria he listed in the presser. Fisher who I know for a fact hasn't been interviewed.

I'm sticking to my original sources and saying its still Gruden.

Guys the media isn't a smokescreen at all.......they know nothing at all........no smokescreen they just don't know anything.......

I'm done...can lead a horse to water but can't make it drink.......again I don't have any sources just logic.......

After reading all of this and connecting dots . I have heard it wasn't Gruden (who I still Want)but he was a help in this hire . So it looking like media smokescreen and Gruden where both smoke screens. It was also reported back by one of the OG's this would be one of the biggest things you have haver seen.And they are saying it is a great time to be a vol.

Evan Woodbery responded to me on twitter that he had been texting and emailing and calling LeMonte for about a week and on Friday morning LeMonte finally called him back and said what he was quoted as saying!
